Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill-the Perfect Christmas Gift! Save $600 bucks!
So I thought my husband was being smart for surprising me with a Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill for Christmas last year. I didn't ask for a treadmill and thought it was just his way of telling me I needed to get back into shape. After a few weeks of pouting, I decided to give it a try. I was pretty blown away with the features and how convenient it was. I am now so happy he chose to buy me this treadmill. But shhh don't tell him I told you so:)
What I like about the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill
* You get a powerful 3.0 continuous duty HP motor. This motor is sufficient to handle both walking and jogging. It will not strain at high speeds or steep inclines.
* The Series 7 weighs a hefty 298 lbs. - One of the heavier machines in its' price range. It has a very solid and sturdy feel.
* The running surface is 60" long. This extra length is ideal for running and interval training. It also can accommodate taller individuals.
* The Bowflex Series 7 is equipped with 2.5" rollers. Although not the largest rollers available, the size is sufficient in reducing friction and wear.
* You get wireless heart rate control, where you heart rate determines your optimum level of exercise.
* There is a nice selection of exercise programs, including fat burn, speed interval jogger, hill intervals, fat burn heart rate calculation, cardio heart rate calculation and two custom programs.
* I really like the layout of the console and display. It has a slick design, with unique round backlit LCD read-out windows.

This treadmill has been so convenient to me. It is sturdy but yet because I have a small apartment and can fold it up and slide it under my couch when I'm not using it. I know of so many other treadmills that is a pain to have because they are so bulky. You're stuck with having a big machine in a corner of your room. So the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill is the best for this reason as well.

This treadmill is a "MUST HAVE". The ordering and delivery process was smooth. I received my treadmill within two weeks. I was clearly informed regarding delivery time. Set up was simple. It took my Son and his girlfriend 45 minutes. This is a sturdy and durable piece of equiptment. We are big, tall people and the track length and size really accomodates us and does facilitate a GREAT WORKOUT! This is the 4th treadmill I have puchased and by far the best. I am amazed at how quiet this machine is. I can watch Tv and not have to increase the volume. There are more then enough settings to maximize your workout. I would recommend this treadmill to anyone!
